The house has 2 very large double bedrooms with the possibility of adding cots for children; two spacious bathrooms with shower cubicles and a dining room equipped with utensils and appliances to allow you to personally enjoy and cook traditional Italian dishes and also a sofa bed that becomes a double bed if needed. One of the two bedrooms with bathroom is detached from the villa because it is located with an independent access on the ground floor.
The particularly elegant and well-kept furnishings will make your stay unforgettable.
The owner, who lives on part of the property with his own exclusive access, will never use the pool and outdoor area and you will probably not even notice his presence. The Villa consists of only two flats that are rented out and should you wish, you can rent it totally and privately at your disposal through the 3-room ad.

A private and well-kept park of 2000 square metres is the strong point of the residence. The park is totally fenced off and creates a lot of privacy within the property and becomes an extremely safe area for children. The swimming pool of about 33 square metres and its sunbeds and deckchairs are for your use as are the 3 large gazebos. A 16 square metre gazebo is used as a relaxation and shade area for the pool area. The main gazebo of the property is 30 square metres, located in the immediate vicinity of the entrance to the house, as well as the large masonry barbecue, equipped with a majestic travertine table where it is possible to set up to 12 places at the table; under the large gazebo you will also find a baroque sofa at your disposal to relax while admiring the unforgettable panorama given by the sunset over the hill of Montecarlo.

The special feature of this holiday home is relaxation; the surrounding countryside becomes a sensorial experience, made up of panoramic sunsets and unforgettable scents. Attention to every single detail ensures that nothing is left to chance both in terms of the furnishings and the surrounding park. The owners will be at your disposal to advise you on your day trips and food and wine excursions, as in Tuscany you will find much to see but even more to taste and drink.
