Located on the first floor, this flat is the ideal choice for those dreaming of a relaxing holiday with a breathtaking view from a large balcony.

The interior is carefully furnished and equipped with every comfort for an unforgettable stay. You will have at your disposal one bedroom with a double bed and one with two single beds, perfect for resting after a day of exploring. The living room is cosy, equipped with a double sofa bed and a dining table, ideal for sharing special moments. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner gas cooker, refrigerator with freezer, oven and coffee maker. A bathroom with shower and additional facilities such as TV, Wi-Fi and hairdryer complete the offer.

The flat has a large private balcony with a privileged view and an ideal corner for outdoor breakfasts or evenings under the stars.

This small, ancient hamlet is located in Pomaia, a medieval village in the hills of the Etruscan Coast. The nearest beaches are in Castiglioncello (14 km) or Vada (16 km).

The resort enjoys a beautiful view of the Tuscan countryside and the Tuscan Archipelago. The resort consists of a completely renovated old farmhouse and other holiday homes in smaller buildings (approx. 30 accommodations), as well as an excellent restaurant/pizzeria. Guests also have access to a bar, a table tennis table, a children's playground, a laundry, a barbecue and a swimming pool (12x8 m, open from June to September), with a children's pool.

Surroundings and distances: The centre of Pomaia is 1 km away; here you will find a bar, a small supermarket, a pharmacy and a bank. The world-famous Tzong Khapa Tibetan Buddhist centre is 600 m away, an opportunity for interreligious encounters and relaxation. Volterra is 48 km away, Pisa 60 km, Bolgheri 40 km. For children (and not only): we recommend the Acqua Village water park in Cecina (20 km) or the Cavallino Matto amusement park in Marina di Castagneto (40 km). Excursions by mountain bike, horseback or quad bike can be booked locally.
