One of the bedrooms has a double bed and ensuite bathroom-tub. The other two each have two single beds, which can also be joined, and share a bathroom-shower. The furniture renews the tradition of the Tuscan countryside: iron beds, wardrobes built into the walls. The house is airy and well-lit at any time of day. Nestled in the hilly landscape, with a beautiful view of the Montepulciano skyline, the house is on two levels. On the ground floor, a living room with fireplace forms the centre of the house. From here you have access to the three bedrooms: one with a double bed, another with two single beds and the third with two single beds and adjoining shower. The single beds can be joined. The other bathroom has a bathtub.A wooden staircase leads up to the mezzanine where there is a large kitchen/dining room with a fireplace for barbecues. From here you exit onto a terrace with an iron table and chairs. Another terrace, also with iron table and chairs, shaded by two old oak trees, overlooks the valley. The house, furnished with family antique furniture, is fully equipped for 6 persons. Drinking water from the public service, instant hot water, central heating, cot and high chair. Casa Banditello, is part of the Capanne di Sopra estate. It is located 1.3 km from Montefollonico and 7 km from Montepulciano, in a secluded and panoramic position, with a wide view over the valley of Montepulciano, the temple of San Biagio, the summit of Monte Amiata and the hills of the Val d'Orcia . To preserve the rural character, we have chosen not to have a swimming pool. There are 4 cats on the property, with adequate shelter, well cared for and under veterinary supervision. About 400 metres from the provincial road, the house is only accessible via a private dirt road, in the midst of olive groves, vineyards and woods, in the peaceful Tuscan countryside.Parking at the entrance to the property.
