The living space of this holiday flat of approximately 167 m² extends over four levels. The flat has an entrance hall with an old stone wall, a living room with a sofa, a table with four chairs and a flat-screen TV (satellite TV, 32 inches), as well as a kitchen equipped with a gas cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and refrigerator with freezer. At the end of the corridor is a small guest bathroom and a staircase leading directly to a large wine bar in typical Tuscan style. On the first floor, accessible via a staircase from the living room, is a bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm), which can also be joined to form a double bed, and a private bathroom with shower. On the second floor is a bedroom with a double bed (170 x 200 cm), a walk-in wardrobe and a bathroom with shower. A travel cot can be provided on request. Each room can be heated.
