Ce logement de vacances pour 6 personnes dispose d'une salle de bains et de deux chambres coucher. Le logement de vacances est équipé de un feu ouvert et une TV (chaînes internationales). En outre, il y a un ascenseur, un jardin (clôturé), un airco, un jacuzzi, une piscine (privé), un barbecue, une terrasse, un sauna et un balcon. Vous pouvez stationner votre voiture sur un parking (couvert). La salle de bains est dotée de une douche.

" Residence Olivi " is located in the southern part of the Burggrafenamt, surrounded by green nature and can be reached via our private access road. In the southern part of the complex is the Aschlbach stream and to the north the property is protected by the mountain that leads to Merano 2000.
The building consists of four residential units and is built according to the "Nature" climate house standard. The project with a modern language was planned in a traditional rural context while respecting nature.
Due to the south-west exposure, the protection of the north winds, the entire building is surrounded by olive trees, which can only grow naturally in this part of the Burggrafenamt. The hillside, adjacent to the residence, is cultivated with a small olive grove of 40 olive trees.
The Aschlbach stream, with the sound of water (white noise) flowing south of the residence, will have a relaxing effect on you and make your sleep easier.
The two flat types "Garden & Wellness Oliveto" on the ground floor and "Penthouse & Wellness Oleario" on the upper floor both have a living room with kitchen, bathroom, main bathroom, two double bedrooms, large covered outdoor areas, which include an outdoor living room with kitchen / bar counter and wellness area with relaxation area. Each unit has two garages, a cellar and an outdoor parking space.

"Garden & Wellness Oliveto"
The flat extends over the entire ground floor, surrounded by a 440 m² garden, olive trees and cypresses. On the outside there is also a herbarium with basil, rosemary, chives, etc. to add extra flavour to your dishes.
Your garden is maintained daily by our robot so that you always have an English lawn.
The interior area ( 70m² ) consists of a living room with kitchen, two double bedrooms, bathroom and main bathroom. The covered outdoor area ( 170m² ) is divided into a living and wellness area.

Private mini pool "Dolcevita" (unheated) only for the Apartment Garden, unique in South Tyrol from April/May to September/October, depending on weather conditions.

CANCELLATION:
A deposit must be paid in cash when the flat is handed over. This deposit will be refunded by bank transfer after the flat has been cleaned.
