" Residence Olivi " is located in the southern part of the Burggrafenamt, surrounded by green nature and can be reached via our private access road. In the southern part of the complex is the Aschlbach stream and to the north the property is protected by the mountain that leads to Merano 2000.
The building consists of four residential units and is built according to the "Nature" climate house standard. The project with a modern language was planned in a traditional rural context while respecting nature.
Due to the south-west exposure, the protection of the north winds, the entire building is surrounded by olive trees, which can only grow naturally in this part of the Burggrafenamt. The hillside, adjacent to the residence, is cultivated with a small olive grove of 40 olive trees.
The Aschlbach stream, with the sound of water (white noise) flowing south of the residence, will have a relaxing effect on you and make your sleep easier.
The two flat types "Garden & Wellness Oliveto" on the ground floor and "Penthouse & Wellness Oleario" on the upper floor both have a living room with kitchen, bathroom, main bathroom, two double bedrooms, large covered outdoor areas that include an outdoor living room with kitchen / bar counter and wellness area with relaxation area.
