This flat is located on the edge of nature reserve 't Oerd, on the east side of the island of Ameland. It is on the first floor of a detached house, is suitable for four people, has a separate entrance, a terrace and a garden. The location is central between the village centre of Buren and the beautiful sandy beach. Within ten minutes you can be standing with your feet in the sand or enjoying the dunes, the North Sea and the forest.

The flat also features a private terrace with garden. The garden also has garden furniture and a sandpit.

The spacious living area is approximately 25 m2 and is divided into the living room and an open-plan kitchen. In the cosy living room you will find two sofas, a television, a CD/DVD player, a radio and various board games. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, cooker and microwave. The large dining table can seat the whole family. If required, we can provide a high chair for small children on request. The master bedroom has a double bed (box spring 180 x 200 cm), the children's room has two single beds of 80 x 200 cm. Bed linen and blankets are provided and included in the rental price. On request, the landlord can place an extra cot for children up to three years old. The stairs leading to the apartment are secured with a stair gate. The modern bathroom has a toilet, a bathtub and a shower. The entire flat is modern and brightly decorated. Wi-Fi is available throughout the flat. It also features central heating, making it ideal for trips during the cold autumn and winter months. On the ground floor you will find a washing machine, which you can use for free on request.

In the immediate vicinity you will find a supermarket, a bicycle rental and several restaurants. The nearby holiday park offers facilities for bowling, swimming, minigolf, tennis and fitness. You can also get to know the islands culturally and learn a lot about their history. There is much to discover in and around Buren. Museums, a real duck trap (where guided tours take place regularly) and of course the many historic farms and houses give a unique insight into life and work on an island in the Wadden Sea. Are you exhausted after a long walk or a wonderful day at the beach? Then come and relax in the spacious flat!
