The ground floor, approx. 55 m², is divided into the following rooms: furnished living room with spacious open kitchen and sliding doors to the enclosed garden, scullery with washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with combi microwave, dishwasher, kettle and coffee machine. There are two bedrooms on the 1st floor.
