Holiday home Emmastraat + Summerhouse Emmastraat for up to 9/10 people. Important: During high season, from 12 June to 11 September, bookings can only be made per week. The arrival and departure day is Saturday! This holiday home is a semi-detached house and is located in Katwijk aan Zee in an ideal and quiet location, only about a minute from the beach and the centre. The house is rented all year round, mostly to families or couples. The living room features a seating area with upholstered furniture, TV (102 cm with ARD/WDR/NDR/ZDF/RTL), Netflix(NL) radio, Blu-ray player and wireless internet. The kitchen is equipped with all household appliances, such as a cooker, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher and kettle. There are three bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, the second small bedroom has bunk beds for two people. The third bedroom is in the attic and has 3 single beds (90 x 200). An extra folding bed in the double bedroom sleeps an eighth person. The modern bathroom with shower, sink and toilet has been recently renovated. The house also has a washing machine and dryer. On the terrace there is a seating area with teak garden furniture and an electric grill. This holiday + summer house is located in Katwijk aan Zee in an ideal and quiet location, just 1 minute from the beach and the centre. The house is rented all year round, mostly to families or couples. In high season (July and August), there is a minimum rental period of seven days. If necessary, a folding bed can be placed in the double bedroom. The modern bathroom with shower, sink and toilet has been recently renovated. The house also has a washing machine and dryer. The terrace features a seating area with teak garden furniture and an electric barbecue. The summer house is located on Koningin Emmastraat in Katwijk aan Zee, ideally within walking distance of the shopping centre, beach and sea. Through the entrance of the summer house, you enter the living room with open kitchen and the bathroom. The living room has laminate flooring and a gas heater. The open kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a gas cooker and an extractor fan. Kitchenware is provided, as well as a Senseo coffee machine and a kettle. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a toilet. The toilet and shower are in one room. Even when showering, the toilet gets wet, but if you wipe it down and open the window, the bathroom is dry (and clean!) within 10 minutes. The bedroom is on the first floor. It has laminate flooring and a spacious built-in wardrobe. The bed, two chairs and TV cabinet are made of scaffold wood. Après confirmation de la réservation, un acompte de 20 % du prix total de location doit être payé dans les dix jours. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
