Oasis of well-being - families - couples and singles love this house - garden completely fenced in Beautiful, new holiday home on a small holiday island surrounded by water (lake for swimming, boating, relaxing on the sunbathing lawn) where all those seeking relaxation will feel at home. Distance approx. 300m to the Ijsselmeer with pebble and fine sandy beaches. Swimming, surfing, kite surfing, fishing, cycling and long walks are the order of the day here. For dogs there are extra large meadows with bathing facilities for the dog, shallow small artificial waters. With access to the Isselmeer - here the dog can still be himself. Shopping, good restaurants - one right next to our holiday park - make your holiday a pleasure. Attractions such as the new beach bar with quiet music and incredibly good value cocktails on a fine sandy beach just a few minutes' walk away give you the ultimate Caribbean feeling. In summer, there is a large antique and flea market within walking distance on Sundays. Sights, museums, for young and old in the immediate vicinity. Beautiful old Dutch towns with charming architecture just a few minutes away by car, e.g. Medemblik - 5 km - old and new sailing harbour - Hoorn 20 km - Enkuizen - 25 km - with harbour and Zuiderzee Museum worth seeing - or even Amsterdam 60 km, indescribably beautiful. For children there is a large private playground with a kiosk within walking distance of our small children's playground, free admission for Vislust guests. Coffee terrace and many highlights for the kids, such as trampolines, large slides, wooden railway, swings and and and - which can be used free of charge by our small + large guests. Three kilometres away an Indor swimming pool with water slide - Indore playground in Medemblik - for children up to 16 years approx. 5 km away. The nearest harbour can be found here - historic train station to take the historic train to Hoorn and the long dyke with jetty for boat trips. In Enkuizen there is another large Indore swimming pool directly adjacent to a fine sandy beach by the sea. Spokjesland, also in Enkuizen, for children up to the age of 12, is a popular attraction for young families or grandparents with grandchildren. Golf course in the immediate vicinity Our manager will be happy to help you plan day trips, e.g. to the island of Texel or the North Sea.

The garden has some green areas and is completely enclosed.

Recently built, light-flooded, pretty holiday home on a small, fine estate in Noordholland. It is situated on an island of approx. 2 hectares in a large lake, accessible via a bridge. The house is modernly furnished and offers everything you need for a great holiday! The light-flooded dining/living area offers space for the whole family. The flat screen TV receives many German programmes. The kitchen is fully equipped: Cooker, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, crockery and cooking utensils. The bathroom has a shower. Bedroom 1 is furnished with a French double bed and a sliding-door wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has two bunk beds, a wardrobe and a shelf with additional storage space. The sliding door leads to the sunny terrace, which invites you to relax with its cosy wicker furniture. The entire house has central heating.

Communal sunbathing lawn in the park, which is ideal for swimming or relaxing. Boat and fishing pier for the general public. Dyke in front of the door which invites to long walks. Endless cycle paths and so on and so forth.

Our park has only 72 units, which guarantees our tenants and the tenants a quiet holiday time. Finally relax from stress, hectic and crowds.

Après confirmation de la réservation, un acompte de 20 % du prix total de location doit être payé dans les dix jours. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
