Near the Veerse Meer
Just a few minutes' walk from the Veerse Meer lies this lovely holiday home. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with plenty of greenery and privacy. The village of Kortgene is within walking distance, with charming shops and restaurants nearby.

Spacious living room and kitchen
In the ground-floor accommodation, you can enjoy a lovely view of the garden from the living room with a spacious seating area. The seating area is equipped with a 3-person (sleeping) sofa and two separate armchairs in front of the television. In the other part of the living room, you'll find the dining area with a cozy round table and 4 chairs. Next to the dining area is the kitchen, which is equipped with all modern conveniences, such as a stove, combi-microwave or oven, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, and kettle.

Bedrooms and bathroom
The house has three cozy bedrooms, one with a double bed (160x200cm) and two with single beds (90x200cm). In the bedrooms, you'll also find bedside lamps, wall shelves, and storage space for clothes. The compact bathroom features a shower, a sink with a storage cabinet, and a toilet. The house also provides all the amenities for small children, such as a high chair and a foldable travel crib, and there is a washing machine in the outdoor laundry area. If you're traveling with your furry friend(s), you're in luck—two pets are welcome.

Garden and terrace
From the living room, you step through the large sliding door directly onto the covered terrace (approx. 24m²), where you can sit comfortably at the table with 4 chairs. Next to the terrace is the spacious garden (approx. 150m²), which is private due to the fence and beautifully planted with hedges, flowers, and grass. It's perfect for barbecuing and offers plenty of space to enjoy the sun or shade.

Activities in the surrounding area
This holiday home is close to the popular Veerse Meer, where you can enjoy swimming, sailing, water skiing, stand-up paddleboarding, or surfing. Young children love to catch crabs here, and they can enjoy playing on the sandy beach. In the center of Kortgene, you'll find, in addition to basic needs like a supermarket, butcher, and bakery, also various unique shops and restaurants. Every Saturday, there is a cozy weekly market. Kortgene is also a great starting point for hiking, offering beautiful views of the Veerse Meer, the Oosterschelde, and the Zeeland countryside. Besides hiking, you can follow delightful cycling routes, and you shouldn't miss the ferry ride to Wolphaartsdijk. Kortgene's central location on Noord-Beveland makes it close to charming cities like Zierikzee, Goes, and Middelburg, as well as popular seaside resorts like Vrouwenpolder and Domburg, all within a short drive. Après confirmation de la réservation, un acompte de 20 % du prix total de location doit être payé dans les dix jours. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
