Our Villa is located in the peaceful village of Leśnica in Podhale. It is here that you can fully relax from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy the mountain climate. From our facility it is close to both the Tatra Mountains and the Gorce Mountains. Within a short distance, you will also find cycling paths and thermal pools where a special discount awaits you. In winter, we are an ideal base for a ski trip. Our village is right next to Bialka Tatrzanska, where the largest ski resort Kotelnica is located. You can get there in just 15 minutes and avoid traffic jams. You can also plan a winter sleigh ride with a bonfire and torches.

Our flat is made for 5 people, that is the whole family or a group of friends. You can also book it for a romantic getaway with your other half. You will find a comfortable bedroom, a living room with TV and a table for shared meals. The flat is also equipped with a kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals. In the bathroom you will find a toilet, washbasin, shower and hairdryer. The flat also has a balcony.

Outside you will find a garden and a play area for children. You can also use the barbecue and spend time together under the stars. The area is completely fenced, so you can safely enjoy the fun. A car park is provided for guests.

In our facility you can spend your holiday without worrying about an excellent breakfast. We serve delicious homemade meals along with coffee or tea. There is a children's play area in the Villa and a kitchenette available to all. In the evenings you can also enjoy our room with fireplace.

Surrounding our Villa are green meadows. Walking in our surroundings you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Tatra Mountains.

Après confirmation de la réservation, un acompte de 20 % du prix total de location doit être payé dans les dix jours. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
