We offer 3 hectares - an area with a fishing pond fenced with old trees, a garden with beautiful vegetation, a stork's nest - usually with 3 young, peace, tranquillity and comfort. The area is 44 metres above sea level. At your disposal: barbecue, campfire, fishing (fish: carp, tench, pike), 2 boats, 15 bicycles (not new, but functional). Distance from the beach from 6 to 8 km. (depending on the type of beach: wild or guarded), by bike 20 minutes, on foot 1 hour 20 minutes To Aquapark 6 km, to the city 5 km, to the harbour 7 km, to the most beautiful meadows in Pomerania 20 m. We guarantee peace, comfort, a pleasant atmosphere and a good rest.

The ground floor of the cottage consists of a room and a kitchen (fridge, cooker, sink, dishes, etc.) and a bathroom. The living room is equipped with a wardrobe, sofa, TV set, armchairs and other small furniture to ensure full comfort of rest.
On the first floor there is a large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed.

NOTE

Please bring your own bedding (140X200 duvet covers only, 70x80 and 40x40 pillows, sheets (90x200 bed)).

If you don't have them or didn't bring them with you, we will provide you with new, packed bed linen which will become your property. Please bring the bed linen with you at the end of your stay. The price per set can be found on the booking sheet.

Important for pet owners!
Pets are also welcome! However, every guest must clean up after their pet. An exception to this rule
is the 1.5 ha meadow that belongs to our farm.
The whole area is fenced, but the individual houses are not. Therefore, dogs must not be left unattended, i.e. the rule is that they must not disturb other people's rest. Everyone knows their pet and must decide for themselves how to look after it.

Après confirmation de la réservation, un acompte de 20 % du prix total de location doit être payé dans les dix jours. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
