The villa is located in a quiet street and its elevated position gives you wide views ! The spacious garden with private pool is an oasis of calm.There is also an outdoor terrace where you can have breakfast or lunch.

The villa has a separate outside terrace with dining table and chairs.On the spacious terrace around the pool there are plenty of sun loungers and parasols available.At the private pool you can enjoy the sun all day. In the beautifully landscaped large garden there are southern flowers and plants. Parking is available at the house.

The villa is very centrally located to visit many sights within a radius of 40km such as Batalha, Fatima, Tomar, Obidos....Also the cities of Lisbon (1 hour) and Porto (2 hours) are easy to visit as day trips. The Lagoon of Obidos with its numerous water sports facilities is 20 minutes away.There are 3 golf courses in the vicinity. In the village there is a bakery and a small supermarket.Large department stores are in Nazare and Sao Martinho do Porto. There are plenty of nice restaurants where you can eat very well and cheaply.

There is wifi and Tv Vlaanderen with international channels. In the villa you will find a brochure with all kinds of information and tips about nice restaurants and excursions.
