The luxurious villa is in Adão Lobo (Silver Coast), about 50 minutes from Lisbon airport, located on a quiet hill (5 min drive from the centre of Cadaval). Everything is brand new, equipped with a modern open kitchen, dining area, living room, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with a total of 8 beds, air conditioning, modern furniture, ..., everything you need. There is a private heated pool from May to September with built-in solar shutter. In October, March and April, the pool can be heated. The other months, confusion of the pool is not possible. (Small children must be watched very carefully by the pool) In the region there are several beautiful sights, beautiful nature, surfing paradises, beaches, nice restaurants, ...

Après confirmation de la réservation, un acompte de 20 % du prix total de location doit être payé dans les dix jours. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
