Oeiras belongs to Lisbon and is located on the coast. The distance to the beach is 800m. Grocery shops and a pharmacy are 250 metres away. Restaurants, bakeries and other shops are 400 m away. 19 km to Lisbon centre. The train takes about 20 minutes from Oeiras (stop: Santo Amaro) to Lisbon (terminus: Cais de Sodré)

The building is located in a quiet neighbourhood with plenty of parking spaces. There is also a playground in the street. The veranda overlooks the Tagus River. From the kitchen window you can see a small garden where, among other things, local herbs grow.

The flat is 100 square metres in size and is located on the ground floor. There is night storage heating in each bedroom and also in the living room.

This flat is located in a quiet, family-friendly residential area of the town of Oeiras. The beach is within walking distance. Various shops for daily needs are close by.

There is a travel cot for children. One bedroom is connected to the veranda via a sliding glass door. Six people can sit at the table in the kitchen.
