Would you like to be creative during your holidays as well as going on excursions, hiking and enjoying the spa? We are happy to make our well-equipped workshop and our studio with its large south-facing window available to you. For example, you can bring a piece of furniture or decorative item from home to upcycle and decorate it with chalk paint and various techniques, or you can visit the local second-hand shops and choose a suitable piece. If you prefer textile work or would like to skilfully mend your laundry or transform your table/bed linen into home decoration, then a Bernina sewing and overlook machine is ready for you. We will be happy to give you advice.

If you enjoy travelling alone, but would like to have company from time to time, such as a chat over a coffee or a glass of wine, then you've come to the right place.
The studio - CO2 neutral with public transport connections
The spacious, loft-like studio (ceiling height 2.90 m) built into the former stable - as a separate part of the house with its own outside entrance and terrace access - offers a wide view of the countryside through its three panoramic windows (no immediate neighbours) and of the starry sky at night. Our farmhouse is within walking distance of the village on the outskirts with a beautiful view of the village of Schönengrund and the surrounding area. At the rear, with a view of the Way of St James, you feel as if you are on an alpine pasture and yet you are within walking distance of the bakery, butcher's, grocery shop and country shop. You can also retreat to our forest with stream during the day. If you are travelling on the Way of St. James, you can reach us on foot in 15 minutes. If you are travelling by public transport, we will be happy to pick you up at one of the stops.
The barrier-free and stairless studio (door threshold 3cm, door width 100cm) with its spacious modern kitchen and stylish bathroom (shower bath with side access door, 5.5cm step) is underfloor heated. We heat with wood from our own forest and with solar energy for hot water. We have deliberately avoided carpeted floors and favoured LED lighting. Our 4 hectares of meadowland around the farm are cultivated in a natural way.

Conditions et délais de paiement
Après confirmation de la réservation, un acompte de 20 % du prix total de location doit être payé dans les dix jours. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
