Excursion possibilities: Hiking in the beautifully situated Kander, Engstlig and Kiental valleys. Visit the beautiful Öschinensee lake at the foot of the Blümlisalp group. Our region offers mountaineers numerous possibilities, such as climbing, alpine tours, via ferrata, ski tours, snowshoe tours, ice climbing, etc.. We are also very well situated for motorbike tours. Tours around the Bernese Oberland, to the neighbouring cantons, even a detour to Piedmont in northern Italy or to Ticino can easily be realised as day tours.

Location description: Frutigen lies in the Bernese Oberland between Spiez and Kandersteg. The Frutigen sports centre offers a swimming pool in summer, an indoor pool, fitness, wellness, physiotherapy and a minigolf course.
