Discover our family-friendly retreat in Flims, a place that impresses with its peaceful atmosphere and is also a paradise for sports enthusiasts. Completed in 2016 and awarded Minergie-P certification, our 4.5-room rooftop flat is ideal for quiet family holidays and deliberately ignores party animals and youth groups. We appreciate your understanding that our home should be a place of peace and relaxation.
Inside, the flat offers a fresh and bright atmosphere, complemented by modern equipment with comfort ventilation and central underfloor heating, which is fuelled by environmentally friendly pellets. The careful selection of fine materials from the region emphasises the high level of living comfort. For families with children we provide books, games and toys, as well as a folding bed for the youngest guests at no extra cost. Other facilities include two high chairs, cable TV, radio, Wi-Fi access and the tourist tax per day/person, all included in the rental price.
The outdoor area invites you to linger on the balcony, which offers a wonderful view of the Signina Group and the surrounding landscape. For your mobility, there is a closed car park that offers security for your vehicle and allows you to leave your car behind during your stay. A multi-purpose room for bicycles, skis or sledges is also available and emphasises the many possibilities for actively exploring the surrounding area.

Conditions et délais de paiement
