In a prime location on the sunny terrace of Lü in the Münstertal / Val Müstair, away from the main road. Approx. 500 metres above the valley floor. Open and sunny location. With panoramic view over the Münstertal. Enjoy pure nature in the middle of the Biosfera Val Müstair. Relaxation as it is written in the book.
Summer: Hiking and mountain bike tours in all directions. Excursions into the valley, to the national park, to the Engadine or to Italy such as Merano - whatever makes you happy. Children's playground 300 metres in the direction of Alp Champatsch.
Winter: Cross-country skiing on the doorstep, or alpine skiing on the Minschuns: the house is on piste 12 (downhill run from the Minschuns ski area). Toboggan run/train about 100 metres in the direction of Lü.
Ground floor: parlour made of antique Swiss stone pine wood and traditional wood stove (can be used, but since we have geothermal heating throughout the house since 2023, the stove is practically never used) Kitchen and a double room that can be used as a living room as a new sofa bed for 2 gives the room more flexibility with balcony exit, shower/WC. Kitchen, WC/shower and corridor: Newly renovated 2023

Heating: Central heating via geothermal heat pump.
Kitchen: New 2023: Electric hob, oven, kettle. Fridge, freezer, espresso machine (Nespresso), dishwasher.

Arrival by public transport: please note the limited journey times of the bus from Fuldera to Lü. (Lü Daint is about 300 metres from the Lüer Post bus stop - terminus).

Other living room equipment (living room1): The living room is clad in local Swiss stone pine and is about 500 years old. We therefore ask that you take very good care of it. So please do not attach, paint, scratch or stick anything to the walls and ceilings. Sports facilities in the area: fishing, mountaineering, ice skating, climbing, mountain biking, paragliding, cycling tours, indoor riding arena, riding arena / riding facilities, tobogganing, skiing (alpine), skiing (cross-country), tennis Location description: The house Lue D'aint stands by itself on the beautiful sun terrace of Lue about 200 metres towards Alp Champatsch. The house is not visible from the village. You have your own little paradise. Many hikers walk past the house every day. In winter, the cross-country ski run is right outside the door and the Minschuns descent via Alp Champatsch passes next to the house. So you can ski in/out via the ski bus in Tschierv. Have fun.

Conditions et délais de paiement
