In winter, the apartment is ideally located: directly on valley run No. 44, you can ski straight to the Tgantieni chairlift station or to the nearby Val Sporz bus stop. The free sports bus stops just a few steps from the apartment and conveniently takes you to the other side of the ski area or into the town center. In summer, the Tgantieni chairlift remains open and offers bike transport – perfect for mountain bikers and hiking enthusiasts. From the house, you have direct access to beautiful hiking trails and diverse bike routes through nature. The center of Lenzerheide, Heidsee lake, and the sports center are all within a 10–15 minute walk or easily accessible by the sports bus. Whether summer or winter – this apartment is the perfect base for memorable holiday days in the mountains.
The cozy 2-room ground-floor holiday apartment is approximately 40 m² and features an entrance area with a wardrobe, a living and dining room with a dining table and four chairs, a sofa bed (135 x 200 cm), a comfortable armchair, a TV, and direct access to the southwest-facing terrace. The open kitchen is equipped with a 3-burner electric stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, extractor hood, and plenty of built-in cupboards. The bedroom offers a French double bed (160 x 200 cm), and the bathroom is fitted with a toilet and washbasin. Shared facilities include a ski room, a ski cellar, and a washing machine, which guests must register to use in a list located in the laundry room. A parking space in the underground garage is also included. Wi-Fi is available. Pets are not allowed, and this is a non-smoking apartment.

Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
