The holiday home boasts a cosy interior with approx. 45 square metres of south-facing living space. The living room with integrated kitchen has an electric cooker and also provides access to an open gallery with two additional beds. A separate bedroom with a dream view will wake you up with a smile every morning. The bathroom is practically equipped with a WC and shower, and the interior is completed by a warm-air fireplace and a sofa bed in the bedroom for maximum comfort.

The outdoor area invites you to linger with a terrace and a large dining table. An outdoor barbecue is available for socialising in the evenings. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the impressive view to the full. Please note that the rustico is not directly accessible by car and that it is a 10-15 minute walk from the village centre, ideally with luggage suitable for off-road use.

Après confirmation de la réservation, un acompte de 20 % du prix total de location doit être payé dans les dix jours. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
