The modern facilities including washing machine and the provision of fresh, disinfected bed linen (for a fee) contribute to a carefree stay. Smoking is not permitted in the entire house to ensure a pure feel-good atmosphere.

The outdoor area of the Rustico has an impressive, covered terrace and a spacious garden (not fenced) right next to the house. From your private car park, which can accommodate a maximum of two cars and leads to the rustico after a short, steep footpath, you can enjoy the peace and beauty of the Ticino countryside to the full. You are also only about 50 metres from the rustico for loading and unloading.

Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
