Cosy holiday home with a spacious garden and dream panorama of the Alps.
This detached and child-friendly holiday home offers space for up to ten people and is situated in a quiet location right next to a forest and a hiking trail. The accommodation is located in the Mattertal valley in the Swiss Alps in the village of Grächen and has a dream panorama over the entire Alpine landscape.
The approx. 142 m² holiday home is ideal for two friendly families. It has a living/dining area with a cosy sofa corner with coffee table, a satellite and cable TV with DVD player, a radio and a large dining table with bench and chairs. The adjoining kitchen is open-plan to the living room and is fully equipped with an oven, hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, toaster and kettle, leaving nothing to be desired.
One bedroom in the house has a double bed (2 m wide), the second has two single beds (0.90 m wide), which are put together. The children's room is located in the attic and can be reached via a pull-out staircase. The children's room is equipped with four single beds (0.90 m wide), a cassette/radio set and a portable fan. The bathroom features a bathtub, a shower, a toilet, a washbasin and a hairdryer.
There is also a studio with a separate entrance to the house. The studio has a living/sleeping area with two single beds (0.90 m wide), a dining table with two chairs, a wardrobe, a portable fan and a radio with CD player. There is also a kitchenette with a fridge, a microwave, a coffee machine and crockery, as well as an adjoining bathroom with a shower, a toilet, a washbasin with a mirror and a hairdryer. The landlord will be happy to provide you with two highchairs and two cots/travel cots (without baby blankets) free of charge. There is heating and free WLAN in all rooms of the house. There is a washing machine in the cellar.
The 3000 m² property has a spacious garden with a dream panorama and its own forest, which extends over 700 m². In the garden there is a garden fireplace (firewood must be organised by yourself), a fireplace, a barbecue and a terrace with six sun loungers and a parasol.
For the children there is a slide, a swing and a table tennis table. In winter, you can also go sledging on the property (free sledges included). Two dining tables and three seats with panoramic views are also available in the garden area. Five free parking spaces are available for you at the steps to the holiday home. Pets are allowed on request.
The tourist office can also organise babysitters on request.
The 550 metre long Family Funslope on the Hannigalp offers winter fun for young and old. Enjoy a special kind of descent over steep bends, through the snail, over the bridge and much more. You can also look forward to a fondue in the gondola. Experience the diversity of the Grächen ski area with views of 4000 metre peaks, including the Matterhorn. The first attempts at skiing can be made in the largest and most beautiful SiSu family park on Hannigalp and experts can enjoy themselves on the 42 km of perfectly groomed pistes.
The crèche in the centre of the ski area is included in the ski pass free of charge. In Grächen, children are enchanted into princes and princesses while their parents enjoy a royal holiday. Skiing fun for the whole family guaranteed. A bakery, a butcher and a supermarket can be reached by car in approx. 2500 metres.
