This stunning Loft Appartement is 280m2 big. You can reach the appartement ATRIUM-X- by car within 13 minutes from Airport-ZH and 20 minutes from the house until Zürich itself. This Loft has everything to make you feel confortable and is fully equipped. It's got 8 parking lots direct at the House, there's an elevator that takes you up to the first Floor wich is 200m2 big and where you will find the following;
Entrée, a huge kitchen, Billiard & Dining table, a big fireplace, Piano, Toilette and Urinal, Washroom and a Balkony. The second floor up the stairs you will find 2 Bedrooms fully equipped as well with finest beds of high standard. Each bedroom has an integrated bathroom with shower, bath, toilette and Lavabo. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
