Holiday home The house is situated in the centre of the quiet, wooded village of Peklo, which is located in the Jizera Mountains Nature Park. The boundary of the property is partly marked by a fence and partly by a small stream. There is an immediate neighbouring house on one side only.
Behind the front door is a veranda before the next door leads into the hallway, which then leads into the kitchen. In the kitchen, which is equipped with underfloor heating, there is a worktop with a hob and an oven, a corner bench with a kitchen table, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a toaster, a coffee machine, a microwave and a dishwasher. The kitchen is also fully equipped with crockery and cutlery. Both the hallway and the kitchen lead directly into the communal room with a fireplace and underfloor heating. The exterior walls are made of French windows, giving you a marvellous view of the garden. You can also go directly out into the garden. The communal room was renovated and extended in 2018 and offers seating on sofas for at least 6 people. On the wall opposite the fireplace is a living room wall. You can watch TV here (with satellite - also receives German channels) or listen to the radio. The screen hangs on the wall and can be adjusted to the right or left, so that you can also watch TV comfortably from the corner. Behind the communal room is one of the three bedrooms. This is equipped with a double bed, a bunk bed and a small infra sauna for one person. You can store your belongings on a shelf or in a wardrobe. There are two further bedrooms on the upper floor. Both can be heated with a free-standing radiator. The first bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe and a piano. There is access to the balcony from this room. The piano is in working order and may be used by guests. In the second bedroom there are two single beds and a sofa bed, which can sleep an additional two people. The room is also equipped with a computer desk, a side table, a wardrobe and drawers. The room has a skylight. Both the bathroom and the toilet are located on the ground floor and can be reached from the hallway. The bathroom is equipped with underfloor heating, has a corner shower and is separate from the toilet.
Opposite the house entrance is a covered pergola with a table, benches and a smokehouse (barbecue). There are two bicycles, a bicycle stand, a sandpit, garden furniture such as deckchairs and of course the pool. The dog aviary can be used for dogs that sleep outside. All others may stay in the house.
The holiday home is located not far from the centre of the Jizera Mountains (Jizerské hory). These offer many destinations for excursions on foot or by bike, e.g. you can climb one of the peaks (Bukovec 1 005 m above sea level, Smrk 1124 m above sea level with an observation tower, Poledník 864 m above sea level, Černá hora 1 085 m above sea level). If you are planning a bike tour or a cross-country skiing trip in winter, you can take the bus to Smědava 3 times a day. Here you can also eat something tasty (better take cash with you) or have a beer. If you want to experience cycling in a different way, you can try Singletrek. It is a network of trails in four difficulty levels, totalling 80 km in length, which lead through the nature of the Jizera Mountains. The closest entry point is in the village of Lázně Libverda, 2 km away. Conditions et délais de paiement
Après confirmation de la réservation, un acompte de 20 % du prix total de location doit être payé dans les dix jours. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
