The 130 m² holiday flat, spread over two floors, is located 200 m from the beach of Calis in Fethiye with a view of the sea from the upper balcony. The flat is located in a small detached holiday complex with a beautiful garden and a very large communal pool. Ideal for families with small children. The complex is completely fenced and has a children's and baby pool. Good shopping facilities, cafes, restaurants and sports clubs are within walking distance. You don't need a car to get to the city centre either. There is a boat taxi from Calis Centrum to the city centre of Fethiye. You can also take the public buses, which stop right outside the complex, to explore the surrounding area and reach the centre of Fethiye. The promenade of Calis with tourist offices for booking excursions, nice restaurants, cafes and shops of all kinds is within easy walking distance. There is also a surf café in the immediate vicinity offering all kinds of water sports activities. Due to its location close to the beach, it is pleasantly windy even in the hot summer months. The complex is managed by Mr Bayram Yilmaz, who provides immediate assistance with all kinds of problems and can organise a transfer from the airport of arrival to the holiday complex on request.

There are a total of two balconies with sea views and a beautiful communal garden area with a large communal pool and a children's pool. The accommodation is very suitable for families with small children. The complex is surrounded by a natural stone wall.

Your holiday accommodation has a total of three air-conditioned bedrooms, two of which are furnished with a double bed (width 1.50 m and 1.80 m) and one with two single beds. There are also two bathrooms, each with a shower, washbasin and WC. In the spacious living room you can relax on a cosy sofa set or dine together at the dining table. There is also a TV with satellite connection and DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment and a toaster. WLAN is available and can be used free of charge.

Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
